For Madé van Krimpen (Rotterdam, 28 years old) - being a daughter of a general director of a museum and an art historian - art is inextricably intertwined with her life. In 2020, she opened her own gallery under 'Multiplemadé' with the motto Great art, small series. After her training at the Junior Academy for Art Direction in Amsterdam, she worked at Eye Filmmuseum and Sociëteit Sexyland. Van Krimpen was editor of the last series De Blauwe Hond: Art for Children, published by AVROTROS. She is currently involved in the development of a new art TV programme for the VPRO 'Moonriders'.
Van Krimpen envisions a world in which art is accessible to a wider and younger audience. "I want to bring quality art by talented artists not costing tens of thousands of euros."
